Category talk:FAQ

I gave this a whirl- I'm sure it'll need to evolve and be more refined, but I figured something is better than having a blank FAQ page, since that's where I'd go first. - D.I. 29Jan06

I have moved Dan's FAQ to Decision FAQ because this is a Category page whose main function is to list all FAQ's on MoodleDocs. I called the page Decision FAQ because it contained questions that people would ask before they decide to install Moodle. --Gustav Delius 01:38, 30 January 2006 (WST)

At some point we should extend this page to give an explanation what each individual FAQ is good for in order to make it easier for the visitor to pick the right one. Although for now I think the name of the FAQ will be helpful enough. It is clear what the Installation FAQ is for, for example. --Gustav Delius 02:00, 30 January 2006 (WST)

Helen Foster mentioned the alternative possibility of putting this commented list of FAQ pages onto a separate page and keep this Category page for the automatically generated alphabetical listing only. This is how wikipedia does it, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:FAQ
