The option to enable reCAPTCHA, in step 4, is found by selecting the "Configure" option in the line corresponding to "E-mail Authentication".

Leonardo, thanks for your comment. I'm a little confused about what you're referring to though, as the link is named 'Settings' rather than 'Configure' in the en_utf8 lang pack. --Helen Foster 07:16, 9 February 2009 (CST)
