Fatal error when sending or draft mail

This error occurs when you attempt to forward an email that has already been sent.

This functionality does not yet exist for Insight.

To work around this error, do the following.

1.) Click on Sent Items

2.) Click on the email you want to forward to display its details.

3.) Copy the body of the email to your clipboard (by highlighting the text you want to forward and pressing ctrl+c (holding the "ctrl" key and then pressing "c").

4.) Click on the New email button above the Contacts button to open a new piece of email.

5.) Choose the intended recepient(s) from your contact list.

6.) Edit your subject.

7.) Paste the text that is on your clipboard into the body of the email (by placing your cursor into the "Message" field and pressing ctrl+v (holding the "ctrl" key and then pressing "v").

8.) Click the Send button.
