Block Livedesk: Capabilities
Can coach monitored activities (block/livedesk:runlivedesk)
Capability Level: Block Level
Default Assignations: Admins, Teachers (editing and non editing)
People having this capability on a block instance can use the bloc instance to browse to a livedesk instance. They can attend pending queries.
Can create livedesks (block/livedesk:createlivedesk)
Capability Level: SYSTEM Level
Default Assignations: Admins only
People having this capability can create new instances of livedesks. People will also usually have the "Update Livedesk", "Delete Livedesk" and "Manage Livedesk" capabilities.
Can update livedesks (block/livedesk:managelivedesks)
Capability Level: SYSTEM Level
Default Assignations: Admins only
People having this capability can enter the Livedesk Instances Management screen. If no other management capabilities are available, the user can only see the list of running LiveDesk Instances.
Can destroy livedesks (block/livedesk:deletelivedesk)
Capability Level: SYSTEM Level
Default Assignations: Admins only
People having this capability can delete instances of livedesks. Deleting instances will remove all entry records and all block bindings. The user will have to first remove or unbind all bound blocks to delete the instance. All log traces for the instance will be keeped,
